About the job: Are you a highly organized and proactive individual with a passion for supporting senior executives in a dynamic environment? The Bombay Glassware Museum is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team. Key responsibilities: 1. Manage the director's schedule, appointments, and communications. 2. Coordinate client bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups. 3. Maintain records of rental inventory, broken/damaged item claims, and client transactions. 4. Oversee incoming orders, cancellations (especially for polishing services), and ensure adherence to timelines. 5. Draft and send professional emails, invoices, and updates to clients. 6. Handle payment tracking (UPI, bank transfers) and assist with basic accounting/reconciliation. 7. Liaise with delivery/logistics partners to ensure timely service. 8. Maintain confidentiality and represent the business with professionalism. Requirements: 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 3. Proficiency in MS Office and digital tools (Google Drive, Calendar, WhatsApp Business, etc.). 4. Basic understanding of accounting/invoicing. 5. Ability to work independently and handle clients with a service-first approach.
