Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle day-to-day office administration tasks.
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation (both digital and physical).
  • Manage office supplies and inventory; coordinate procurement.
  • Supervise office maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Handle courier, postage, and document dispatch activities.
  • Organize travel and accommodation arrangements for staff.
  • Assist in managing employee attendance and leave records.
  • Support HR and accounts department in basic documentation and data entry.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.
  • Assist in event and meeting arrangements (internal & external).
  • Coordinate repair and maintenance work (IT, electrical, etc.).
  • Monitor office equipment and ensure functionality.
