Job Description

Meditrina Hospital, a leading multispecialty healthcare institution in Kollam, is inviting applications for the role of Executive – Accounts & Finance. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in core accounting processes with hands-on experience in Tally, purchases, receivables, and statutory compliance. This position plays a vital role in maintaining the financial health and compliance of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Posting day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Processing and maintaining purchase records and supplier invoices.
  • Monitoring and following up on accounts receivable, including patient billing and insurance claims if applicable.
  • Preparing and maintaining records related to GST, TDS, and other statutory obligations.
  • Assisting in preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
  • Reconciling vendor accounts and coordinating payments.
  • Supporting internal and external audits with necessary documentation and reports.
  • Coordinating with other departments for smooth flow of financial information.
  • Ensuring adherence to internal controls and hospital financial policies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an accounts or finance role, preferably in a hospital or service industry.
  • Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Remuneration:

As per industry standards and experience.
