Junior Python Developer

As a Python Developer, your role involves writing clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code in alignment with the guidance provided by senior developers. You will actively contribute to the design and development of backend services and APIs while collaborating with team members to comprehend project requirements and propose technical solutions. Troubleshooting and debugging code to rectify basic issues, crafting unit tests to ensure code functionality, and adhering to best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation are also key responsibilities. Staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in the Python ecosystem and software development domain is crucial. Additionally, you will utilize version control tools like Git to manage code and collaborate effectively with other developers. Participation in team meetings to offer insights for process improvement and solution enhancement is expected from you. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A fundamental understanding of Python and its core libraries, familiarity with object-oriented programming principles, and knowledge of web development frameworks such as Django or Flask (optional but advantageous) are essential. Proficiency in version control systems like Git, basic database knowledge (SQL/NoSQL), understanding of SQL queries, experience with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD) principles, and strong problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail are prerequisites. Moreover, your ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, learn from experienced developers, exhibit a strong willingness to learn and keep abreast of the latest technologies, and possess good communication and interpersonal skills are highly valued. Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, Git, RESTful API Development, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL), web development frameworks like Flask and Django, basic front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and problem-solving skills are critical to excel in this role.
