As a Vended Application Senior Consultant I, you will utilize your expertise in multiple areas of the business to deliver product features using vended software, particularly ERP applications. By leveraging your knowledge of application functionality and client business processes, you will contribute to creating technical designs and configuring vendor software for new or existing enterprise-wide and business-unit applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating strong knowledge of AWS and SAP for installation and maintenance, utilizing CI/CD tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, GitHub, and Terraform. - Extensive experience in SAP HANA Database Administration, Maintenance, troubleshooting, Upgrades, and Patching. - Experience in SSO, SNC, SPNEGO, and SAML. - Proficiency in HANA cluster, backup, refreshes, disaster recovery, and failover. - Expertise in Solution Manager upgrades, set up, configuration, and troubleshooting, as well as ABAP, JAVA system, and kernel upgrades. - Managing System Landscapes, printer Configuration, handling day-to-day issues, and troubleshooting. - Knowledge of SAP Archiving, Open Text, Invoice capture center for SAP is a plus. - Ability to communicate technical issues, plans, and solutions from both a business and technical perspective, providing pros and cons for recommended solutions. - Facilitating team progress through capability building sessions, enhancing technical skills, and keeping the team focused on project goals. Must have atleast 2 full cycle (end-to-end) Solution Manager implementation projects. Must have experience on utilizing best practices content from SAP and modify to build custom solutions according to business needs. Must have knowledge on test suite (both manual & automated with CBTA / TOSCA). Implementation of ChaRM, workflow and approval process configurations. This is critical and mandatory requirement. Must have experience in configuration of various reports such as EWA, SLR, DVM, etc. Must have experience in Scope & Effort Analyzer configuration with CCLM and UPL/SCMON. Must have experience in Solman basic configurations such as SOLMAN_SETUP, Managed system configuration, Technical & Job monitoring, false alert & grey metrics troubleshooting.
