Overview: Wrap2Earn Technologies Pvt Ltd is a 7-year-old Out-Of-Home advertising agency specializing in cab branding through its brand Wrap2Earn. Over the years, it has executed over 400 campaigns for 300+ clients across 42 cities in India. In early 2021, we launched LytAds by installing digital taxi screens in Mumbai to provide real time, location-based ad services. Since its November 2021 launch, LytAds has executed 100+ campaigns. Recently, Wrap2Earn introduced BuzzOmni, expanding our advertisement offering to everything media.

Role Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Event Production Executive to join our dynamic events team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in event production and fabrication management. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production process, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring high-quality execution of on ground event elements.

Key Responsibility:

• Manage event production and fabrication processes from planning to execution.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of event materials and setups.

• Supervise on-site installation and dismantling of event structures, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate fabrication materials such as wood, metal, acrylic, foam board, vinyl, and textiles.
• Maintain a detailed database of vendors and production partners, updating performance reviews post-event.
• Ensure all production activities are completed within the assigned budget and timeline.
• Troubleshoot issues on-site and manage pressure while maintaining production quality.
• Monitor and report on production status, identifying any risks and suggesting corrective actions.
• Contribute to post-event analysis to improve future event executions.

Key Requirements:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in event production or fabrication management
• Strong understanding of fabrication, materials, and on-ground production
• Good knowledge of materials such as wood, metal, acrylic, foam board, vinyl, and textiles
• Strong organizational and coordination skills Ability to manage timelines, multitask, and handle pressure effectively
• Experience in maintaining vendor databases and evaluating vendor performance post event
