Role Description

This is a volunteer role for member of the event management team with your united club of India. This is a hybrid role for the Event Management Team. Based in Chennai, this role also allows some work from home. The Event Management Team will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events. Daily tasks include coordinating with vendors, managing event logistics, ensuring all events are successful, and meeting organizational objectives. The team will also handle budgeting, venue selection, and post-event evaluations.

Qualifications

  • Event Planning and Event Coordination skills
  • Budget Management and Vendor Management skills
  • Logistics Management and Venue Selection skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Experience in event management or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
