ETL/DWT Testing - IHLCP - Quality Engineering Lead

The primary responsibility as an Infoscion in the consulting team involves actively supporting the consulting team throughout various project phases such as problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment. You will be tasked with exploring alternative solutions based on research including literature surveys, public domain information, vendor evaluations, etc., and developing Proof of Concepts (POCs). Additionally, you will be responsible for creating requirement specifications based on business needs, defining processes, and detailed functional designs. Configuring solution requirements, diagnosing issues, seeking clarifications, and identifying solution alternatives will also be part of your role. Contributing to unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality solutions to customers will be essential. As an Infoscion in the testing team, your primary role will involve leading testing requirements, developing test strategies, tracking project plans, reviewing test plans, cases, and scripts. You will develop project quality plans, validate defective prevention plans, and ensure the availability of the right test environment. Providing feedback for test data setup and validating go-live activities for production verification are crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, mentoring the team, offering regular feedback, and coaching for performance improvement will be part of your role. In terms of technical requirements, the primary skills required include Technology, Data Services Testing, Data Warehouse Testing, ETL Data Quality, and ETL Others. Possessing end-to-end knowledge and experience in testing, along with expertise in test planning, strategy, and estimates, is necessary. Excellent communication, client handling skills, experience in scripting languages, automation tools, analytical skills, client interfacing, stakeholder management, knowledge of SDLC, agile methodologies, project, and team management are essential for this role.
