ETL Support Engineer

Job Title:

Informatica ETL Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide

  L1/L2 production support

  for Informatica ETL jobs
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data load failures, job delays, and performance
  
• Maintain

  ETL infrastructure

  perform upgrades, patches, and monitor system health
• Write/debug

  PL/SQL

  and

  UNIX shell scripts

  for job maintenance and process automation
• Work closely with development teams for

  L3 escalations and root cause analysis

• Participate in

  change deployments

  , production releases, and provide incident updates
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage SLAs
  
• Ensure compliance with

  banking security, audit, and change management policies

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to documentation & process improvements
  

Contributing Responsibilities:

• Use

  ServiceNow, Autosys, Version Control tools

  for ticketing, monitoring, and deployment
• Perform RCA, report KPIs, and recommend process improvements
  
• Attend release calls, implement changes, and document production activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or equivalent
  
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in

  Informatica ETL support

• 2+ years in

  PLSQL and Unix scripting

• Familiarity with

  Banking / Financial Services
