The Estimation Manager is responsible for leading the preparation, coordination, and submission of accurate cost estimates for interior fit-out and construction projects. This includes analyzing project requirements, reviewing drawings, identifying risks, and working closely with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure competitive and profitable bids.

Key Responsibilities:Tender & BOQ Management:

Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contract terms. Prepare detailed cost estimates and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for interior and civil works. Scrutinize architectural and MEP drawings for scope and discrepancies.

Cost Analysis & Budgeting:

Conduct material take-offs and labor estimations. Source and evaluate vendor/supplier/sub-contractor quotations. Monitor market rates for labor, materials, and equipment.

Coordination & Liaison:

Coordinate with procurement, project, and design teams for input and clarifications. Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors during pre-bid stages.

Commercial & Risk Assessment:

Analyze risks and prepare contingency cost plans. Recommend value engineering options to improve cost efficiency.

Documentation & Submission:

Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals. Maintain tender tracking logs and documentation for audit purposes.

Team Leadership (if applicable):

Lead and guide junior estimators. Allocate work, review estimations, and ensure on-time submissions.
