Manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations (e.g., PF, ESI, PT, Income Tax, Gratuity, etc.). Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies related to salary, tax deductions, and benefits. Coordinate with the finance department for salary disbursements and related financial reporting.
