Job Role Ensure quality of new vehicle models through testing at trial stages. Prepare BOQ, material requirements, and coordinate scheduling for new equipment procurement. Supervise lab operations and report within teams. Verify validation and testing documents. Perform internal calibration and checks of lab equipment. Coordinate vehicle preparation with government testing agencies. Prepare and release monthly control plans for facility and testing activities. Competency Requirements Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and NABL requirements. Ability to analyze defects and troubleshoot lab equipment/vehicles. Knowledge of CI (Compression Ignition) and SI (Spark Ignition) engines. Experience in on-road vehicle driving. Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, graph plotting, and data entry. Basic understanding of emission regulations. Familiarity with Windows 10 operating system. Specific Expertise for Functional Area In-depth knowledge of facility and lab management. Familiarity with ISO standards and audit requirements. Detailed knowledge of HVAC system functioning and troubleshooting. Proficiency with facility calibration tools. Understanding of emission systems and regulatory compliance.
