The Role As a Piping Stress Engineer with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc. Perform pipe stress analysis using CAESAR II software, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements. Conduct static and dynamic analysis of piping systems to evaluate performance under various operating conditions. Design and analyze piping support systems to ensure stability and integrity. Check nozzle loads to prevent mechanical failure and ensure safe operation. Transfer civil load data accurately for integration into piping designs. Prepare piping material specifications and ensure alignment with project standards. Conduct pipe thickness calculations to meet safety and regulatory requirements. About You To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes: Graduate degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Power, or Production Engineering. 8-15 years of relevant experience in piping stress engineering, preferably within a consultancy or EPC environment. Proficiency in CAESAR II software for pipe stress analysis. Strong understanding of piping support systems and load transfer principles. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Job Summary: The Piping 3D designer is responsible for developing and maintaining 3D piping models for oil and gas projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance with design standards, and integration with multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed 3D piping models using software such as PDMS, E3D, Smart Plant 3D (SP3D), or similar tools. Generate piping layouts, isometrics, and general arrangement drawings based on project specifications and design inputs. Ensure compliance with industry standards (ASME, API, ASTM) and client requirements. Collaborate with piping engineers and other disciplines to ensure an optimized and clash-free design. To conduct clash detection using Navisworks or other model review software and provide resolution recommendations. Support piping stress analysis and integrate stress-critical pipe routing into the model. Review vendor drawings and ensure proper integration of equipment and piping components in the 3D model. Participate in model reviews, constructability assessments, and design coordination meetings. Maintain revision control and documentation of 3D models and associated drawings. Qualifications and Experience: Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Piping Design, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in 3D piping designing/modeling within the oil and gas industry. Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as PDMS, E3D, SP3D, or similar tools. Strong understanding of piping design principles, equipment layout, and routing best practices. Knowledge of industry standards and specifications (ASME B31.3, API, ISO, etc.). Experience in clash detection, constructability reviews, and model coordination. Familiarity with piping material specifications, supports, and fabrication requirements. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
