They are also expected to perform roles as defined in the On-site Emergency Plan to mitigate emergencies, follow requirements and procedures related to Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and Responsible Care Management System (RCMS). It is essential to prioritize EHS requirements before any activity or work to ensure safety, prevent/minimize safety risks, environmental pollution, and other potential hazards. Attending all EHS training as required, promptly reporting incidents, near misses, or exposure to hazardous substances to the direct supervisor, maintaining good housekeeping practices, conducting risk analysis, and developing safe working skills and habits are also part of the responsibilities. Key activities include maintaining production, quality, and safety standards, ensuring smooth plant operations, and housekeeping practices.
