Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Testing EPM Engineer to join our Engineering Program Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating testing activities, material planning, and project management during the product build phase, ensuring smooth operations between factory teams, supply chain, and customers. Roles & Responsibilities: Assess risks based on the production build schedule and material delivery timelines. Coordinate daily inputs from customers and communicate instructions to internal factory teams. Track and follow up on special material requests in line with DOE (Design of Experiments) plans. Liaise with supply chain management for the timely import/export of required materials. Monitor material status closely and highlight potential shortages to ensure timely delivery to customers. Manage cross-functional team activities to support production testing workflows and issue resolution. Drive project management initiatives, failure analysis, and continuous improvement within factory operations.
