Sopra Steria is seeking an experienced Python/React Technical Lead to join their team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in the software development life cycle and be a seasoned professional in application development using the specified tech stack. Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and implement solutions tailored to business requirements. Collaborate with multiple project stakeholders with strong communication skills. Integrate software components such as Databases, SSO, IAM, and other required components. Drive projects technically with self-independence. Develop code based on functional specifications through an understanding of the project code. Test code to verify it meets technical specifications and functions as intended before submitting for code review. Follow prescribed standards and processes for software development methodology, including planning, work estimation, solution demos, and reviews.1 Read and understand basic software requirements.2 Assist in troubleshooting and responding to production issues to ensure the3application'n stability. Mandatory Skills: Python React JS JavaScript TypeScript HTML/CSS3 Postgres MongoDB MySQL REST API EPass/Kubernetes Good to Have Skills: Knowledge of DevOps and Containerization. Agile/SAFe methodologies. Microservices and Full-stack frameworks. AWS (Lambda & API Gateway). Pytest. Qualifications: Engineering or IT graduate with 8 + years of experience.
