Job Title: Entrepreneur in Residence - Marketing Location: Gurugram (Work from Office 6 days a week) Type: Full-Time Company Website: www.anveshan.farm About the Role We are hiring a dynamic Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to work closely with our Marketing & Brand team . This is a high-ownership role designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants hands-on experience in scaling a consumer brand from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnerships : Identify and build partnerships with creators, influencers, and brand collaborators. Offline & Community Marketing : Plan and execute offline activations and community-driven marketing initiatives. Content & Campaigns : Create and manage content for social media, ad campaigns, and e-commerce platforms. Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with design, packaging, R&D, and sales teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences. Data-Driven Marketing : Track marketing KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and help iterate on strategy. Who You Are Bachelors or Masters degree (B.Com / MBA / B.Tech preferred) 12 years of experience in marketing, branding, or growth roles Comfortable with both creative storytelling and numbers Self-starter with a bias for action and problem-solving Strong communication skills and ability to multitask A hustler who thrives in ambiguity and startup energy Ready to apply?
