Job Description

As an Enterprise Partner Manager at Crayon, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for driving business growth by selling a wide range of products and services to strategic partners. Your role will involve gaining comprehensive insights into customer needs, understanding their business objectives and IT strategies, and establishing trusted relationships with key decision-makers such as the CEO, CFO, and CIO. You will also be promoting solutions in licensing, cybersecurity (in collaboration with partners like Zscaler, F5, and CyberArk), communication and messaging, as well as data resilience (Commvault). Hence, a thorough understanding of licensing and solutions in both cybersecurity and data resilience is crucial for this role. Your key responsibilities will include identifying potential customers with requirements for cybersecurity and data resilience solutions, assessing their needs, and providing appropriate solutions. Additionally, you will advise customers on on-premise and cloud licensing options while assisting them in managing their licensing effectively. Collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders to develop engagement strategies in enterprise accounts and acquire new customers will also be part of your role. Building Go-to-Market strategies with OEMs for their offerings will be another essential aspect of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in IT Software Sales, preferably with experience in selling through the Enterprise model. A strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing, both on-premise and cloud, is required. You should also have a well-established network and relationships with end customers and strategic partners, along with a basic understanding of backup, virtualization technologies, and cloud environments. The ideal candidate for this position possesses excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and close deals effectively. A consultative selling approach focusing on understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions is essential. Being a collaborative team player with extensive experience in working across functions to achieve common objectives is also a key competency required for this role.
