You will act as the bridge between our product, tech, and client teams, ensuring smooth, timely, and value-driven implementations. The ideal candidate should come from an IT services background and possess mandatory experience in handling enterprise clients . The candidate must be well-versed in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies , with a proven track record of delivering technology projects involving cross-functional teams and technical stakeholders. Experience in managing projects involving tech stacks such as web/app development, cloud-based solutions, or enterprise platforms will be a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements. Create and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocation using both Waterfall and Agile frameworks. Drive projects through all phasesfrom initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, to closure. Team Collaboration: Lead and coordinate cross-functional and possibly distributed teams to ensure project milestones are met. Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Preferred: PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications. Experience in managing remote/distributed teams. Familiarity with hybrid project management approaches. Exposure to managing tech stack-related projects (e.g., Java, .NET, React, AWS, Azure, etc.).
