Job Summary: The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for signing up campuses (colleges and universities) affiliated with Higher educational institutes, driving student enrolments, and ensuring the timely processing of admission fees. The role involves building strong relationships with campus representatives, coordinating admission efforts, and collecting and managing student data in a specified format. Key Responsibilities: Campus Acquisition : Identify and engage with colleges/universities affiliated with HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTES to onboard them for admission and enrolment partnerships. Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sign-up targets within the assigned region. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including deans, admission officers, and academic directors. Enrolment Management : Drive student enrolments by collaborating with campus representatives and promoting the admission process. Ensure smooth processing of admission fees for enrolled students from onboarded campuses. Monitor and track enrolment numbers, providing regular updates on progress towards targets. Data Collection & Management : Collect student details in a specified format, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data. Maintain organized records of student information and enrolment details for reporting and analysis. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of data for administrative purposes. Relationship Building : Develop long-term partnerships with campuses to facilitate ongoing enrolments and fee processing. Provide support to campuses in navigating the admission process and resolving any issues that may arise. Conduct regular campus visits to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities. Reporting & Analysis : Prepare reports on campus acquisition, student enrolments, and fee collections. Analyse trends and performance data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities. Present findings and insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making. Market Research : Stay informed about trends and developments in the education sector, particularly related to HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTES-affiliated institutions. Identify potential competitors and market shifts to adapt strategies accordingly. Key Requirements: Education : Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Experience : 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the education sector. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building partnerships. Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Preferred Qualities: Knowledge of HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTES’s affiliated institutions and the higher education ecosystem in India. A proactive and self-driven approach with strong problem-solving abilities. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
