We are currently seeking an experienced, well-connected, and organized sales representative to represent a USA College or University in the Ahmedabad or Hyderabad market. The ideal candidate should have 4-10 years of work experience as a University Rep or promoting the USA as a study destination B2C or B2B as Rep. The primary responsibility will be to handle multiple Universities/Colleges across the USA market as a representative and drive the enrollment applications funnel as directed by the management. Key Responsibilities: - Expand international recruitment (sales) channel and plan marketing and recruitment strategies. - Negotiate terms of engagement, provide training to agents, and maintain regular communication. - Participate in education fairs, promote presentations, and respond to inquiries from prospective students and recruitment partners. - Drive enrollments with recruitment partners, work closely with the internal sales team, and manage various stages of the application funnel. - Conduct regional webinars and seminars with recruitment partners and internal sales team. - Ensure recruitment partner quality through regular training and increase the volume of international applicants. - Develop positive working relationships with key stakeholders and hold regular meetings to monitor targets and market developments. - Provide support and leadership to the sales team and stay updated on industry trends. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree completion. - 4-8 years of experience in international student recruitment or education industry, focusing on student recruitment in the USA market. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to cultural differences. - Ability to convey reports to stakeholders and build effective relationships. - Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
