Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – English to join our academic team in Nanded, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English instruction to middle and secondary school students, fostering a love for literature, language, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and support.
• Develop and implement creative teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles.
• Organize and participate in school events, workshops, and extra-curricular activities.
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
• Collaborate with other teachers and academic staff to ensure holistic development of students.
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and parent-teacher conferences as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English with a B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education).
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of teaching experience as a TGT English teacher in a reputed school.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with modern teaching tools and digital platforms is an advantage.
