Engineering Planner II

We are looking for a skilled Engineering Planner II to join our team at FMC Technologies India Pvt Ltd, responsible for planning and executing engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and project management, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans to ensure timely completion of engineering projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to meet project deliverables.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize potential risks and issues.
• Monitor and control project expenses to stay within budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure project requirements are met.
• Analyze project data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize project performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in engineering project management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
