Contribute to the intellectual growth of the department through seminars, workshops, and presentations. Departmental & Institutional Service: Participate actively in departmental meetings, committees, and academic initiatives. Contribute to curriculum development and program accreditation processes. Assist in administrative duties as assigned by the Head of Department or Dean. Participate in student counseling, admissions, and outreach activities. Professional Development: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in their field and adopt new teaching and research techniques. Engage in continuous professional development activities.
