Teaching & Mentoring:Deliver engaging and effective lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate courses.Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and teaching methodologies in alignment with university standards and industry trends.Assess student performance through examinations, assignments, and projects, providing constructive feedback.Mentor and guide students in their academic and career development.Research & Scholarship:Engage in independent and collaborative research, leading to publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals and conferences.Seek external research funding through grant applications.Supervise student research projects (e.g., B.Tech final year projects, M.Tech theses).Contribute to the intellectual growth of the department through seminars, workshops, and presentations.Departmental & Institutional Service:Participate actively in departmental meetings, committees, and academic initiatives.Contribute to curriculum development and program accreditation processes.Assist in administrative duties as assigned by the Head of Department or Dean.Participate in student counseling, admissions, and outreach activities.Professional Development:Stay abreast of the latest advancements in their field and adopt new teaching and research techniques.Engage in continuous professional development activities.
