Engineer Supplier Technical Support Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering 5-8 years of experience in supplier/part development Required Skills: Knowledge of manufacturing processes like machining, sheet metal, moulding, casting ( High pressure die casting, Investment casting, preferred) Sound knowledge of Geometrical dimensioning (ISO GPS) & tolerances (Personal involved in to new product development of mechanical parts) Highly analytical mind, with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong verbal & written communication skills in English Preffered Knowledge/Exp SAP PLM knowledge Global Exposure Key Responsibilities: Local technical clarifications with suppliers, SCM (Supply Chain Management) Local contact for operations and supplier for technical support Local process review (technology audit) at the suppliers On-site first sample qualification On-site support of the Global Production Support for serialised parts (RDBU) and Product Maintenance for transfer project (RDBM) teams
