Engineer/ Senior Engineer - Sales - Raipur

Job Summary:

The regional sales at Emerson India plays a crucial role in business growth in the assigned territory. This role will expand business and serve primarily for Power Water and Solutions business and other businesses within Systems & Software in Chhattisgarh state, Nagpur territory and assigned territory in East region of India.
Looking for a sales professional with 5-7 Years of Sales, Business Development experience in the field of Controls & Software, with excellent track record of driving growth and demonstrated customer orientation.

In this role, your responsibilities will be:

Meeting and exceeding assigned order budget.
Responsible for forecasting monthly, quarterly POR using CRM.
Engage into the assigned marketplace with complete SYSS portfolio encompassing Process Systems and Solutions, Power & Water Solutions, Reliability Solutions, Energy Transportation Solutions, Industrial Softwarization
Ensure MRO and Lifecycle business for Installed Base Sales in assigned territories Target existing customers with various solution offerings like Evergreen Programs, Upgradation/Migration and Expansion leads/pursuits. Act as voice-of-the-customer conduit between the field and concerned team members. Collaboration with business development team, Finance, Legal, Operations, Services and other Business units in your territory. Aligning with strategies carved by business and regional leadership

Who You Are:

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in engineering.
Knowledge of DCS, PLC, Asset Management system, RTU, SCADA
Consultative selling to build value for End User customers and consultants. To have sound understanding of Metal and power plant industry enabling to position plant automation concepts and appropriate interpretation of requirements
