Qualification : Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information technology, Business Administration, Finance or Engineering
Experience : 2-5 Yrs experience with SAP/ERP Systems and business process analysis.
Relevant/Additional Experience : NA

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate and manage the ECR lifecycle in SAP.
Create and validate ECRs based on product or process change requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including NPD, Quality, and Finance for review and approvals.
Perform cost impact analysis for proposed changes.
Upload and maintain accurate BOMs in the SAP system.
Ensure all changes go through quality control before release.
Release Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) after approvals.
Maintain communication with the Finance team to update ECR status, Costing and Routing support.
Material Master Management
Handle material creation requests and ensure logical structure.
Initiate new material codes in SAP.
Communicate new codes to stakeholders for Excel BOM finalization.
Ensure timely code approval and extension across plant locations.
