Engineer I - Product Design

The role you are applying for will involve supporting and reviewing engineering changes or modifications related to product structure, standardization, and product orderability. Key requirements for this position include upholding safety as the top priority, creating or modifying 3D models and drawings for manufacturing purposes following the latest GD&T standards, configuring product structures in the ERP system, enhancing productivity through CAD customization and automation, collaborating effectively with team members to achieve organizational goals, improving quality parameters to establish a culture of "First Time Right," and utilizing data analysis, intelligent automation, and business intelligence tools to enhance enterprise efficiency. Preferred qualifications that would distinguish you as a candidate include a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, experience with SolidWorks and awareness of GD&T principles, 2-3 years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
