Role & responsibilities Lead service and solution sales for Medium Voltage (MV) products and systems. Drive sales for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) , retrofit and upgrade solutions , spare parts , and modernization services . Engage in solution selling by offering value-added propositions that align with customer requirements and Schneider Electrics portfolio. Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial, utility, infrastructure, and commercial segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, OEMs, EPC contractors, end customers , and key decision-makers. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including engineering, execution, and service teams to ensure on-time delivery and project success. Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals , lead negotiations, and close high-value deals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends , competitor activities , and emerging technologies in the MV segment. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and safety norms in all business activities. Preferred candidate profile Educational Qualification: B.E./B Tech in Electrical / Electronics Engineering (MBA preferred). Experience: 8-15 years in service or solution sales of MV switchgear, panels, and electrical systems . Strong understanding of MV/LV distribution networks , power quality, energy management, and automation systems. Proven track record of target achievement , client acquisition , and key account management . Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to travel as required across the assigned territory.
