Description
You will be a meticulous SDET responsible for designing and implementing automated tests and test environments for Motive products. Your role is crucial in ensuring technology functions efficiently, minimizes errors, and helps meet software quality goals within a team environment. You must have a passion for technology, problem-solving skills, and a desire to enhance software quality. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and understanding requirements, setting up and maintaining test automation frameworks, developing and implementing automated tests, tracking and reporting testing activities, maintaining testing tools, updating reporting tools with testing results, and assisting in the Continuous Integration process. To excel in this role, you should have knowledge of Object-Oriented Languages (such as C++, C#, Python, or any other .Net framework), familiarity with tools/frameworks like Playwright, Selenium, Rest Assured, Git, Gradle, Bazel, Docker, Jira, Cypress, Pytest, experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous development tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bazel, Tekton), effective communication skills, a positive attitude, dedication, and the ability to work well within a team. A minimum of 6 years of professional software development experience is required.
