Email Marketing Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute email marketing strategies to support business goals such as lead generation, retention, and upselling. Manage end-to-end campaign execution content planning, segmentation, A/B testing, deployment, and reporting. Build and maintain email lists, ensuring proper segmentation for targeted campaigns. Optimize email performance through continuous testing and analysis of subject lines, CTAs, send times, layouts, etc. Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to create compelling email campaigns and automation workflows. Monitor email deliverability, sender reputation, and compliance with email regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM). Report on campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Manage and refine lead nurturing workflows in marketing automation platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc. Requirements: 2-4 years of proven experience in email marketing. Strong hands-on knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.). Experience with A/B testing, analytics, and campaign optimization. Excellent copywriting and editing skills with attention to detail. Solid understanding of marketing metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates, etc.). Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines. Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting is a plus. Experience with CRM and segmentation strategy is a bonus.
