About the role As an Email Marketing Executive , you will be a crucial part of BotPenguin s customer acquisition and engagement strategy. You ll work closely with the marketing and product teams to design, execute, and optimize email campaigns that drive user growth, product adoption, and customer retention. What you need for this role Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field. Experience: 0-2 years in email marketing or related digital marketing roles. Skills Required: Understanding of email marketing platforms like Insightly, Maildoso, Apollo, Mailchimp, SendGrid, or similar. Strong understanding of Lead Scrapping Strong copywriting and content editing skills. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template formatting. Familiarity with customer segmentation and A/B testing strategies. Ability to analyze email metrics and generate actionable insights. Strong fundamental knowledge on both Inbound and Outbound Email Strategies. Good communication and organizational skills. Proactive mindset and a keen eye for detail. What you will be doing Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to promote product features, updates, and offers. Create engaging email content and design visually appealing templates. Manage and grow email lists while ensuring compliance with email marketing regulations. Segment users and personalize email campaigns to enhance engagement. Conduct A/B tests to optimize subject lines, content, and timing. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and make data-driven improvements. Collaborate with the product and content teams for alignment on communication. Support other marketing functions and cross-functional initiatives as needed. Participate in initiatives deemed necessary by the company which may include helping the HR/operations team with tech-related tasks.
