Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to join our in-house marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who has basic experience or internship exposure in managing email campaigns and is looking to grow in a fast-paced B2B marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing B2B email marketing campaigns (Cold emails, newsletters, drip campaigns).
• Work with internal campaign managers to gather content, segment lists, and deploy campaigns.
• Manage email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, Constant Contact, or similar.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics like open rates, CTR, bounce rates, and deliverability.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, CTAs, and content structure.
• Ensure campaigns comply with data privacy regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
• Maintain and clean email databases regularly.
• Collaborate with design and content teams for creatives and copy alignment.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience or completed internship in email marketing or campaign execution.
• Understanding of email marketing basics, KPIs, and marketing automation platforms.
• Good knowledge of email best practices, segmentation, and HTML basics (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work from the office full-time.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field preferred.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to B2B campaigns or outbound marketing strategies.
• Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce (basic).
• Basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge for list management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
