We are seeking a skilled and experienced Elevator/Lift Supervisor to oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of elevators and lifts. The ideal candidate will ensure that all operations are performed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership abilities, and excellent organizational skills to manage teams and projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision & Team Management:
  • Lead and supervise a team of technicians, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Provide guidance and training to technicians to enhance their technical skills and ensure safety compliance.
  • Installation & Maintenance Oversight:
  • Oversee the installation, commissioning, and testing of elevators and lifts at project sites.
  • Plan and schedule preventive maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions for repairs and upgrades.
  • Safety & Compliance:
  • Ensure that all work adheres to safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and inspections at project sites to mitigate risks.
  • Project Coordination:
  • Coordinate with clients, project managers, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and installations for all projects.
  • Prepare reports on team performance, project updates, and any incidents or challenges encountered.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong technical knowledge of elevator/lift systems, including geared, gearless, and hydraulic mechanisms.
  • Proven experience in elevator/lift installation, maintenance, and supervision.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in the elevator industry.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Education & Experience:

  • Diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in elevator/lift installation, maintenance, or supervision roles.
  • Certification in elevator technology or relevant technical training is a plus.
