Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our Engineering & Maintenance team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all electrical systems and equipment across the property, ensuring guest and staff safety, operational efficiency, and compliance with hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems, panels, lighting, wiring, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in guest rooms, kitchen equipment, HVAC units, banquet halls, and other hotel areas.
• Install new electrical systems, lighting, and fixtures as required.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve electrical issues promptly to avoid disruption to guest services.
• Maintain and update all maintenance logs, checklists, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, fire codes, and hotel standards.
• Assist in energy-saving initiatives and electrical upgrades.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls and maintenance requests.
• Liaise with vendors and contractors for external repairs and parts procurement.

Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical or related technical field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an electrician, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Sound knowledge of electrical systems, safety protocols, and building regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and manuals.
• Physically fit and able to work in shifts, weekends, and emergency situations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with hotel engineering operations is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
