Electrical Engineer Trainee

As an Electrical Engineer Trainee at Lucy Electric Manufacturing & Technologies India in Halol - Vadodara, your main responsibility is to engage in contract engineering activities for the development of the next generation Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) & Analog measurement Modules for Distribution Automation. You will be required to apply your skills, tools, and processes within the team to contribute effectively towards the project. Your key accountabilities will include assisting in the engineering and testing of hardware for RTUs, AMMs, and other Lucy Automation products. This will involve participating in design reviews, ensuring strict version control, and assisting with manufacturing documentation. You will also be responsible for creating content for user documentation, preparing and maintaining test specifications and test cases, guiding the preparation of test setups, and carrying out testing as per the test plan. Additionally, you will coordinate and assist in developmental or type testing at external laboratories, as well as contribute to alternatives and feasibility studies. As a fresher with a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, you should possess basic knowledge of electronic Digital and Analog circuits, digital principles, and the power of electronics. You should be able to read technical specifications and datasheets proficiently and have a thorough understanding of MS Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. In terms of behavioral competencies, you are expected to have good interpersonal skills with a pleasant and can-do attitude, effective communication skills, a strong sense of teamwork, quick learning abilities, and a problem-solving attitude.
