Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strong understanding of electrical systems design, equipment selection, and relevant industry standards.
Analyze customer RFQs (Requests for Quotation), tender documents, technical specifications, and requirements to provide suitable solutions.
Design and propose technical solutions for electrical systems, such as power distribution, control panels, automation systems, and energy management solutions.
Prepare single line diagrams (SLDs), system architectures, and technical presentations for customer discussions.
Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals, including solution architecture, Bill of Materials (BOM), compliance statements, and cost estimates.
Conduct technical discussions with customers to understand their needs and provide clarifications.
Support the sales team during pre-bid meetings, presentations, technical workshops, and demos.
Address customer queries and coordinate on technical clarifications during proposal stages.
Work closely with internal teams (engineering, design, procurement, project execution) to finalize solutions.
Liaise with vendors and partners to obtain technical data sheets, drawings, and pricing information.
Stay updated on latest products, technologies, and solutions in the electrical and automation domain.
Prepare technical documents such as compliance matrices, technical data sheets, and solution descriptions.
Ensure all proposed solutions adhere to relevant standards, codes, and customer specifications.
Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design/drafting software is an advantage.

Occasional travel to customer sites or project locations for meetings and clarifications, as required
