Develop machine logic and programs in PLC as per defined requirements.
Perform panel testing and ensure the functionality of PLC systems.
Work with PLC, HMI, Servo Systems, Motion Control, SCADA, and VFD programming.
Ensure efficient and effective operation of these systems.
Utilise expertise in Allen Bradley PLC, Siemens PLC, and HMI Programming.
Implement and manage VFD programming.
Apply knowledge in Programming, Profibus, Servo Drives, Modbus, EtherCAT, Profinet, Mitsubishi PLC, Motion Control, Ethernet, .Net, RS232, RS485, and SCADA.
Conduct fault finding, diagnosis, and repairs on all electrical equipment and plant machinery.
Address both software and hardware issues to ensure minimal downtime.
Schedule and execute preventive maintenance for all electrical systems.
Develop and implement strategies to prevent breakdowns and enhance system reliability.
Provide engineering support to production teams to ensure maximum line efficiency.
Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to resolve technical issues.
Continuously improve processes and systems to ensure high standards of production.
Implement best practices for electrical maintenance and programming.
Strong technical skills in electrical maintenance and programming.
Proficient in PLC, HMI, Servo Systems, Motion Control, SCADA, and VFD programming.
Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
