As a Senior Inside Sales Manager at NetCom Learning, you will be responsible for building and managing teams of sales development representatives and sales representatives. Your key responsibilities include achieving quotas by guiding your team to meet theirs through direct sales enrollment and appointment conversations. You will assist your team in sourcing new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails. Working with existing representatives and resources, you will focus on optimizing their potential. Additionally, you will be involved in hiring, training, and developing new representatives to achieve sales and appointment goals. It will be crucial for you to set and manage processes effectively by working on key result areas individually or in coordination with various stakeholders. You will be expected to create and manage campaigns efficiently with the aim of delivering the desired outcomes within agreed deadlines. Utilizing data to analyze and optimize campaign performance, you will collaborate with different divisions to execute the campaign strategy. Monitoring, auditing, and analyzing results will be part of your routine to identify ways to enhance performance. Becoming well-versed with our products is essential so that you are equipped to handle escalated calls and second voice talk-offs. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining headcount, managing performance, and addressing attrition issues. Furthermore, learning and demonstrating a good understanding of the industry will make you a valuable counterpart for the Inside Sales Head. You will play a critical role in managing the sales funnel through appointment generation. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of US sales/Inside sales experience in the US market. Additionally, you must have 6-10 years of team management experience, including overseeing a team of 10-15 senior representatives. Your responsibilities will involve campaign planning and strategy, requiring excellent communication skills without mother tongue influence. Previous experience in Education Training, SAAS, other cloud-based solutions, or Top BPO sectors is preferred.
