Key Responsibilities: ● Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents. ● Explain ACS Pathshala's Educational programme for K6 to K12, courses, and benefits. ● Follow up with interested candidates for counseling and enrollment. ● Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in the database. Required Skills: ● Good verbal communication in Hindi and English . ● Basic knowledge of computers and data entry. ● Confident, polite, and persuasive communication style. ● Ability to handle objections and convert leads.
