Ecommerce Product Uploader & Website Maintenance Specialist (BigCommerce)

We are looking for a skilled and efficient Ecommerce Product Uploader & Website Maintenance Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring our online store runs smoothly and our product information is accurate and up-to-date. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ecommerce best practices and experience working with the BigCommerce platform.

Responsibilities:

• Upload new products to our BigCommerce store, ensuring accurate information, high-quality images, and appropriate categorization.
• Maintain existing product listings, updating descriptions, pricing, inventory levels, and other relevant details.
• Manage product inventory, tracking stock levels and coordinating with relevant departments.
• Perform routine website maintenance tasks, including updating banners, managing promotions, and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Optimize product listings for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and drive traffic.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure product information aligns with overall brand messaging.
• Stay up-to-date on BigCommerce platform updates and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience uploading and managing products within the BigCommerce platform.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.
• Experience with SEO best practices is preferred.

Salary: ₹11,000 - ₹15,000 per month
