Ecommerce Product testing Domain Expert

You are a highly skilled and experienced Ecommerce Product testing Domain Expert sought by our organization to optimize digital storefronts, enhance customer shopping experiences, and drive sales growth. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing e-commerce activities, providing domain support during SIT and UAT, managing product listings and online marketing efforts, testing website functionality, and coordinating testing requirements with the Business team. Additionally, staying updated on technological advancements and e-commerce trends is crucial for this role. You should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field along with a minimum of 10 years of e-commerce and product management experience. Strong technical knowledge of e-commerce platforms, excellent communication skills, collaborative teamwork abilities, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools are required. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and knowledge of Magento will be advantageous. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires in-person work. The schedule is fixed shift-based.
