We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven E-commerce & Quick Commerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day backend operations for Catch across key online platforms. The role requires hands-on experience with e-commerce (Amazon, Flipkart) and quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Sweegy), focusing on PO processing, inventory, order management, and fill rate optimization. Key Responsibilities Purchase Order (PO) Management Manage POs from e-commerce and quick commerce portals Ensure timely inwarding, invoicing, dispatch, and tracking Order Processing & Fulfillment Coordinate with internal teams and warehouses for order processing Monitor end-to-end order status to ensure timely delivery Inventory Management Track real-time inventory across platforms Plan and ensure timely stock replenishment to avoid OOS (out-of-stock) or overstock situations Fill Rate & OTIF Monitoring Maintain and improve fill rates for all partner platforms Identify and close gaps impacting OTIF metrics Quick Commerce Execution Ensure accurate live inventory, product listing, and order syncing on Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc. Coordinate fast-moving SKU mapping, timely order fulfilment, and promo execution Key Account Operations Support Work closely with Key Account Managers to support operational KPIs Help manage platform-specific dashboards, disputes, returns, and operational hygiene Data Analysis & Reporting Maintain daily/weekly dashboards for PO aging, fill rates, inventory, order trends, and returns Highlight gaps and proactively suggest solutions
