Job Description

Oversee and manage Shopify and other e-commerce platforms to ensure seamless operations and an optimized user experience. Demonstrated experience in SEO, Shopify, and e-commerce management, ensuring best practices are applied across platforms. Strong proficiency in Shopify, including customization of themes, templates, and apps to align with brand aesthetics and unique business requirements. Handle content updates, product listings, image uploads, and banner placements. Familiarity with marketplace seller platforms, understanding their functionalities to ensure smooth product management and sales processes. Manage and maintain product listings with accurate, engaging descriptions and high-quality visuals to enhance product appeal. Develop and implement SEO strategies to boost website visibility, drive organic traffic, and improve overall search performance. Conduct regular website updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal site performance, functionality, and a smooth customer journey. Collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure timely implementation of campaigns, visual updates, and promotional activities. Monitor order flow, warehouse fulfillment, pickups, and payment processes to prevent delays and ensure a smooth operational workflow. Maintain clear, organized reports and data dashboards to provide real-time performance updates and insights for management. Coordinate with the photography/shoot team to ensure timely delivery and upload of product images aligned with website and campaign requirements.
