Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Resource to ensure the accuracy and quality of product data, images, and content. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Excel, experience in content management, and a background in the electronics industry. Responsibilities: 1. Excel Proficiency: • Create and manage PivotTables for data analysis. • Utilize advanced formulas including VLOOKUP, COUNTIF, conditional formatting, IFERROR, and text functions for error handling. 2. Presentation Skills: • Utilize PowerPoint to create engaging and informative presentations whenever required. 3. Quality Control: • Conduct meticulous quality checks on SKUs, ensuring adherence to guidelines. • Ensure 100% accuracy in quality checks for all SKUs, images, videos, and enhanced content received from agencies. 4. Coordination and Documentation: • Coordinate with agencies for timely SKU launches. • Document all required data with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and compliance with expected standards. 5. Collaboration and Reporting: • Collaborate closely with Buyers to ensure compliance with data and image requirements. • Prepare and share detailed reports as required to track quality metrics. 6. Support and Collaboration: • Support digital merchandising and buying teams in prioritizing and launching SKUs effectively. • Collaborate with digital merchandising and category teams to ensure content meets established guidelines. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent background. • 2-5 years of proven experience in quality control, preferably within the electronic industry. • Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and content management systems. • Critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements. • Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. • Insightful approach to share inputs
