ECommerce Manager Job

About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Oversee the end-to-end order processing including order placement, fulfillment, and delivery 2. Monitor and manage the order pipeline to ensure timely and accurate delivery 3. Address and resolve issues related to order discrepancies and returns 4. Confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) orders through proactive communication with customers 5. Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency ensuring high customer satisfaction 6. Implement strategies to improve customer service and resolve any emerging issues promptly 7. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of e-commerce professionals to achieve departmental goals 8. Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance 9. Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans as necessary 10. Analyze e-commerce processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency 11. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline order management and customer service 12. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order fulfillment, customer satisfaction, and team performance 13. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management to review progress and highlight areas of concern Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 2. Advanced degree is a plus 3. Proven experience as an E-commerce Manager or similar role with a strong track record in managing orders, customer service, and team leadership 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively 5. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously 6.
