Key Responsibilities (KRAs): Performance Marketing & Platform Ads Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Amazon Ads (SP, SB, SD) and Flipkart Ads (PLA, PMax) to achieve sales and ROAS targets. Track and improve key ad metrics: ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, ROAS , etc. Allocate and monitor ad budgets effectively for profitable performance. P&L Ownership & Analytics Monitor and manage ecommerce platform P&L , focusing on revenue, COGS, marketing spends, and profitability. Analyze campaign performance, revenue trends, and contribution margins; generate actionable insights. Own sales forecasting and monthly revenue planning for marketplaces. Ecommerce Operations & Account Management Ensure smooth operations across Amazon & Flipkart seller panels , including order fulfillment, pricing, stock management, and returns. Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for inventory availability and replenishment planning. Oversee listing hygiene catalog creation, images, A+ content, titles, and attributes optimization. Ensure platform compliance and timely resolution of account issues or violations. Growth & Strategy Drive participation in platform events (Mega Sales, Brand Days, etc.) and plan promotional strategies to boost GMV. Improve product visibility through SEO, reviews, and platform-specific tools. Collaborate with internal teams creative, supply chain, finance, and customer support – for seamless execution. Requirements: 4–6 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon & Flipkart accounts , both ads and operations. Must have worked with a D2C brand or in a high-growth ecommerce setup. Solid understanding of ecommerce metrics and marketplace ecosystem. Strong analytical and Excel skills; ability to build reports and extract insights. Experience in owning or supporting platform P&L management . Strong coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
