Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth Training Needs Identification (TNI) by interacting with business stakeholders Design and develop training content including PPTs, video scripts, role-plays, and e-learning modules Align training content with current business requirements Maintain documentation and support updates in the L&D content repository Collaborate with internal teams to collect feedback and improve training materials Desired Qualification & Skill Requirements: Bachelor's degree, preferably with a science background Strong English communication skills both verbal and written Script writing skills focused on learner-friendly content Ability to collaborate across departments to extract useful training inputs Familiarity with e-learning tools like Canva, Camtasia, Vyond (preferred) Experience in ed-tech, training, or teaching (preferred)

JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITLE/ POSITION Video Editor & Graphic Designer - E Learning Modules ORGANISATION ENTITY Amity Institute of Training & Development LOCATION Noida Job Description Overview: We are seeking a talented and versatile Video Editor and Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in video editing and graphic design principles, with a passion for creating visually stunning and engaging content. This role requires a creative individual who can effectively combine their skills to produce high-quality videos that capture attention and tell compelling stories. Responsibilities: Video Editing: Edit and assemble video footage to create engaging and cohesive videos. Select and arrange video clips, transitions, and sound effects to enhance storytelling. Color correct and grade video footage to achieve desired aesthetic. Add text, graphics, and animations to videos as needed. Export videos in various formats and resolutions for different platforms. Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics, including logos, branding elements, and social media content. Design and develop motion graphics animations for videos. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistency in design and branding. Storyboard: Developing Storyboard- Develop storyboard based on content developed by SMEs for high quality video production Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, Graphic Design, or a related field. Proven experience in video editing and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing skills. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator). Strong understanding of video editing techniques, color theory, and storytelling. Creative and innovative mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
