Job Title: Ecommerce Operations Executive Location: Dahisar East Job Type: Full-time We are looking for an Ecommerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day tasks for our online store, ensuring smooth order processing, basic customer chat support, and social media uploads. Key Responsibilities: - Processing orders - Handle basic customer queries on WhatsApp, Instagram, and Email. - Respond to customers with clear, polite, and timely replies. - Upload product photos, reels, and stories on Instagram and Facebook. Requirements - Basic understanding of English for reading and replying to messages. - Basic computer and typing skills (typing speed should be sufficient for chat handling). - Knowledge of using WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook for business. - Ability to use Google Sheets or Excel for basic record-keeping. - Should be organized and willing to learn.
